Hello and Welcome!
My name is Áine (pronounced On-ya), and I’m here to make your event as seamless and beautiful as possible.

Whether you're planning a DIY celebration or prefer a completely stress-free experience including delivery, setup, pack-down and clean up, I’ve got you covered. I’m also available to serve tea, drinks, or food on the day so you can relax and enjoy your event.

We offer one of Brisbane’s most elegant collections of vintage bone china, perfect for everything from intimate gatherings to large events with up to 200 guests.


Booking Information

Pick-Up / Drop-Off Location, Jindalee QLD 4074

DIY Hire Period:
Our standard hire period is 3 days, allowing ample time for setup, styling, and pack-down. Need more time? Just let me know in advance.


Booking terms and conditions 

  • A $150 refundable bond secures your booking.

  • For small parties (orders less than $100), the bond is reduced to $100.

  • Your booking is only confirmed once the bond is received via direct deposit. (Please send receipt of payment.)

  • The bond is seperate from your bill and is not deducted from your total.

 If the event is canceled within 7 days of the booking date, the security bond will be forfeited. 


Your final order is required one week before your event. 

Payment is required at least 3 days before collection or event set up. Please note, no changes can be made to your order within this period. 

By paying the bond you agree to the terms and conditions.


Bond Refund Policy:

  • Your bond will be refunded within 7 days after all items are returned clean and intact.

  • Deductions will apply for:

  • Broken, lost or damaged items (charged at current replacement value).

  • A cleaning fee applies to items returned soiled or not in the same clean condition as when received unless my wash up service was arranged in advance.

If the event is cancelled within 7 days of the booking date, the security bond will be forfeited. 

Please provide your PayID or bank details (account name, BSB and number) for refund processing.

If you plan on booking extra services please note the following:

  • Delivery and collection are a separate services.

  • Set up: If you need assistance beyond the quoted period, I’m happy to help eg, (flower arranging, decorations, food set up etc).

Any extra time spent will be deducted from your bond.


Collection: please ensure boxes are packed and ready by the door.

If you would like assistance with washing or packing, any extra time will be deducted from your bond. 

Removing liquids/food and stacking like items together will help make pack up more efficient.

Hiring and Additional services 

Hand-pick items from our inventory list or choose from one of our convenient hire packages.

  • You may add items to your hire package: Popular extras include crystal flutes, scone sets, tea knives, linens, and napkins.

  • No minimum hire required.

Additional Fees:

  • Washing up: $1.50 per guest

  • Service/set-up:  per hour $45 (weekdays) or $60 (weekends and public holidays).


As a guideline:

  • 30 minutes per 10-guest hire package.

  • If you have extras like linens, glassware, favours or menus to be displayed more time is required.


Delivery and collection Fees are charged at $1.50 per kilometre from Jindalee 4074.

Cleaning & Packing

All items are carefully wrapped and boxed for safe transport. Each box is labelled with its contents, please take note when unpacking and pack items into their original box to make repacking easier. Thank you!

Cleaning Guidelines

Vintage items are not dishwasher-safe, as this can damage gold gilt and cause fading.

Vintage crockery

All items must be carefully hand-washed using medium hot, soapy water and a sponge to remove lipstick and tea stains. Please rinse thoroughly and dry with a tea towel to prevent watermarks.

Tip: Using a plastic basin in the sink can help prevent breakages.

Vintage Gold-Plated Cutlery

Hand-wash in medium hot, soapy water using a sponge, taking care to remove all food residue, which can corrode the gold plating. Rinse thoroughly and polish with a soft, dry cloth to remove water marks.

Crystal and Glassware

Hand-wash with hot, soapy water to remove lipstick and stains. Rinse with clean water and dry with a cloth, polishing to remove water spots.

Tablecloths and Napkins

All linens are washed professionally. Please treat any stains immediately after your event to avoid permanent damage.

Note: Napkins are pressed, but tablecloths are not ironed.

Collection Details

  • Collection is from Mukine St, Jindalee. Please contact me to arrange pickup a few days in advance. Evening collections (before 7:00 PM) are welcome.

  • Please ensure your boot and back seat are empty for collection, Driveway parking is available for loading, if possible please reverse your car in.
